Resumo:
A Educação Inclusiva é uma conquista da sociedade ao longo dos tempos, assegurada por lei, com a garantia de igualdade de direitos aos deficientes. O trabalho aqui apresentado toma como ponto de partida a vivência da autora na rede regular de ensino no auxílio de crianças com necessidades especiais. Com base na análise dessa experiência, a autora, descreve e reflete, sobre a relevância da inserção das crianças com deficiências inseridas no ambiente escolar. Trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, de caráter qualitativo, onde serão expostos pontos relevantes sobre a educação inclusiva atualmente. A investigação buscou relacionar os aspectos existentes para o desempenho da função dos docentes, considerando os recursos disponibilizados pelo Estado na formação dos profissionais da educação.
Abstract:
Inclusive Education is a conquest of society over time, guaranteed by law, with the guarantee of equal rights for the disabled. The work presented here takes as its starting point the experience of the author in the regular network of teaching in the aid of children with special needs. Based on the analysis of this experience, the author describes and reflects on the relevance of the insertion of children with disabilities inserted in the school environment. It is a bibliographical research, of qualitative character, where relevant points will be exposed on the current inclusive education. The research sought to relate the existing aspects to the performance of the function of the teachers, considering the resources made available by the State in the training of education professionals.
