GINÁSTICA LABORAL COMO PROMOÇÃO DA SAÚDE NA ESCOLA DE SAÚDE PÚBLICA DO ESTADO DO CEARÁ: O OLHAR DOS TRABALHADORES

Ao se propor nesta pesquisa a investigação da promoção da saúde através da prática da ginástica laboral, visa-se fortalecer a discussão do cuidado em saúde do trabalhador tomando como referência a experiência da implementação desta prática numa instituição do setor da saúde pública do Ceará: A Escola de Saúde Pública do Ceará (ESP/CE). Este trabalho teve como objetivo geral analizar a percepção destes trabalhadores em relação a promoção da sua saúde. Trata de uma pesquisa exploratória, com uma abordagem de caráter qualitativo, onde foram entrevistados cinquenta e seis trabalhadores da ESP/CE que participaram da prática da ginástica laboral e responderam a um questionário proposto pelo pesquisador. As categorias foram construídas a partir do olhar dos trabalhadores da ESP/CE em relação a prática da Ginástica Laboral: Benefícios biológicos preventivos, benefícios sócio relacionais, benefícios psicológicos / motivacionais, relação empresa / trabalhador e dificuldades. A percepção da maioria dos trabalhadores em relação a prática da ginástica laboral é grande potencial de promoção da saúde dos trabalhadores da ESP/CE, atividade essa preventiva de lesões e tensões, incentivo à prática de exercícios, estratégia de cuidar da saúde física e mental, favorece a socialização da equipe e cuidado das empresas com a saúde de seus trabalhadores. Abstract:
When proposing in this research the research of health promotion through the practice of Labor Gymnastics Program, it aims to strengthen the discussion of health care of the worker taking as reference the experience of the implementa-tion of this practice in an institution of the public health sector of Ceará: A (ESP / CE). This study aimed to analyze the perception of a worker in relation to a promotion of his health. This is an exploratory research, with a qualitative ap-proach, where six ESP / CE workers were interviewed, who participated in the practice of labor gymnastics and answered the questionnaire. The categories were constructed from the perspective of the ESP / CE workers in relation to the practice of Labor Gymnastics: Preventive biological benefits, socio-relational benefits, psychological / motivational benefits, company / worker relationship and difficulties. The perception of the majority of workers in relation to the prac-tice of labor gymnastics is a great potential to promote the health of ESP / CE workers, preventive activity of injuries and tensions, incentive to practice exer-cises, strategy to take care of physical and mental health, favors the socializa-tion of the team and care of the companies with the health of their workers.
