AUDITORIA EDUCATIVA COMO PROPOSTA DE ENSINO E APRENDIZAGEM NO ÂMBITO HOSPITALAR.

Resumo:
O objetivo desta pesquisa foi aplicar auditoria educativa, como atividade de ensino, para incentivo ao aprendizado da equipe multiprofissional no âmbito hospitalar. Atualmente a auditoria está com seu conceito mais ampliado quanto a suas atribuições, isto é, ela sai de sua comodidade de ferramenta fiscalizadora para atuar como uma ferramenta educacional, associando os dois e trazendo para os profissionais a condição de se capacitar-se dentro do seu ambiente de trabalho. Para a pesquisa foi utilizado como metodologia a pesquisa-ação, onde está deixa o pesquisador colher os dados e a partir dos resultados obtidos agir conforme o que evidenciou na pesquisa. Os participantes foram médicos e enfermeiros. Como critérios de inclusão os profissionais tinham que fazer parte do quadro de funcionários do referido hospital, foram excluídos profissionais que estavam de férias, ou de licença, que não assinaram o termo de consentimento e que não tivessem vínculo empregatício no hospital. Para compor os resultados foi relatado como se deu o processo de auditoria educativa, após foi realizado uma categorização dos participantes e por fim feito a interpretação das análises temáticas. Foram evidenciados na maior parte dos relatos que a auditoria educativa é a maneira mais eficaz de corrigir erros e obter resultados positivos, entretanto, alguns desconhecem este tipo de auditoria, entendendo que auditar e somente fiscalizar ou avaliar dados. Em alguns relatos o profissional ressalta que a auditoria educativa é o meio de prevenção de riscos e identificação de erros, mas em outras condições eles falam que a auditoria educativa ainda é uma ferramenta de avaliação e cobrança, mas só que não no sentido punitivo e sim no sentido de complementação com a educação permanente, foi evidenciado nas falas que alguns profissionais ressaltam que mesmo com o processo educacional, a auditoria deve agir em alguns momentos como ferramenta punitiva. Relatos também foram evidenciados trazendo a auditoria educativa como dispensável, por estar tirando o profissional de seu ambiente para ouvir o auditor, mas quando estes percebem no decorrer do questionário sua importância ressaltam que é essencial para a construção do profissional e para dar continuidade ao processo de trabalho. Diante destes resultados encontrados, concluise que os objetivos propostos inicialmente na pesquisa foram todos alcançados, sendo possível desenvolver estratégias para a melhoria do processo de auditoria, e que após a aprovação da cartilha e apresentada ao público alvo, ocorrerá um melhor 9 entendimento dos profissionais e desta forma haverá a colaboração para a resolução dos problemas existentes na instituição. Abstract:
The objective of this research was to apply educational audit, as teaching activity, to encourage the learning of the multiprofessional team in the hospital scope. Currently the audit is with its broader concept regarding its attributions, that is, it goes from its convenience of inspection tool to act as an educational tool, but not leaving the inspection, associating the two and bringing to the professionals the condition of being empower yourself within your work environment. For the research was used as methodology the action research, where it allows the researcher to collect the data and from the results obtained to act according to what was evidenced in the research. Participants were doctors and nurses from the researched instirution. As inclusion criteria, the professionals had to be part of the staff of that hospital, professionals who were on vacation or on leave, who did not sign the consent form and had no employment relationship at the hospital were excluded. To compose the results, it was reported how the educational audit process was performed, after a categorization of the participants and finally the interpretation of the thematic analyzes. It has been shown in most reports that educational auditing is the most effective way to correct errors and obtain positive results, however, some are unaware of this type of audit, understanding that audit and only monitoring or evaluating data. In some reports, the professional emphasizes that educational auditing is the means of risk prevention and error identification, but in other conditions they say that educational auditing is still an evaluation and collection tool, but only in a punitive and yes in the sense of complementation with the permanent education, was evidenced in the speeches that some professionals emphasize that even with the educational process, the audit should act in some moments as a punitive tool. Reports have also been evidenced bringing the educational audit as dispensable, because it is taking professionals from their environment to listen to the auditor, but when they perceive in the course of the questionnaire its importance emphasize that it is essential for the construction of the professional and to give continuity to the process of job. Against of these results, it was concluded that the objectives initially proposed in the research were all achieved, it is possible to develop strategies for improving the audit process, and that after the approval of the booklet and presented to the target public, a better understanding of the professionals and In this way, there will be collaboration for solving the problems in the institution..
