SAÚDE E QUALIDADE DE VIDA NO MUNDO DO TRABALHO: ESTUDO SOBRE O NÚCLEO BIOPSICOSSOCIAL DA GUARDA MUNICIPAL DE FORTALEZA

Resumo:
Este estudo partiu do interesse em compreender melhor a relação entre o trabalho como guarda municipal e a saúde e qualidade de vida do servidor integrante da Guarda Municipal de Fortaleza (GMF), não apenas sob o ponto de vista profissional, mas também buscando ampliar a perspectiva de forma a alcançar algumas das diversas faces que compõem o ser humano revestido por essa função, bem como suas necessidades sociais e psicológicas. Para isso, foi desenvolvido um estudo de caso a respeito do funcionamento do Núcleo Biopsicossocial (NUSOCI) dessa Instituição. Recorremos às seguintes categorias relacionadas à temática: Saúde e qualidade de vida do trabalhador; Política Pública de Saúde; Política Pública de Segurança; Guarda Municipal. Buscamos o embasamento teórico nas obras de alguns estudiosos nessas áreas que se voltaram para os elementos necessários para a compreensão de como funciona o NUSOCI quanto ao atendimento oferecido aos guardas municipais. O método de pesquisa utilizado apresenta natureza empírica, abordagem qualitativa, finalidade explicativa, na perspectiva de agregar valor ao debate sobre o assunto. Foi aplicada entrevista semiestruturada como instrumento de pesquisa com uma amostra de dez servidores atendidos pelo NUSOCI no período entre 2012 e 2016. O resultado da pesquisa demonstrado pela opinião dos entrevistados revela boa aceitação por parte dos usuários e a adesão aos projetos é positiva. Logo, o quadro é favorável para a implementação de políticas cada vez mais consistentes quanto ao enfoque biopsicossocial.

Abstract:
This study departed in the interest to better understand the relationship between the work as municipal guard and the health and quality of life of the member server of the Municipal Guard of Fortaleza (GMF), not only from the professional point of view but also seeking Broaden the perspective in order to achieve some of the different faces that make up the human being coated by this function, as well as their social and psychological needs. For this purpose, a case study was developed regarding the functioning of the biopsychosocial nucleus (NUSOCI) of that institution. We have resorted to the following categories related to the subject: Health and quality of life of the worker; Public health policy; Public security policy; City guard. We seek the theoretical foundation in the works of some scholars in these areas that have turned to the elements necessary for the understanding of how the NUSOCI works as to the attendance offered to the municipal guards. The method of research used presents a empirical nature, with a qualitative approach, with the explanatory purpose, in the perspective of, with the built point of view, to add value to the debate on the subject. A substructured interview was applied as a research tool with a sample of ten servers serviced by NUSOCI in the period between 2012 and 2016. he result of the research demonstrated by the opinion of the interviewees shows good acceptance by the users and the adherence to the projects is positive. Therefore, the picture favors the implementation of increasingly consistent biopsychosocial approaches.
