CONSTRUÇÃO E VALIDAÇÃO DE CARTILHA EDUCATIVA PARA PREVENÇÃO DAS ARBOVIROSES NA GESTAÇÃO

Objetivou-se construir e validar uma cartilha educativa, no controle e prevenção das arboviroses na gestação, com abordagem eco-bio-social. Trata-se de um estudo de desenvolvimento metodológico, com validação de tecnologia, o qual foi desenvolvido em três etapas: encontros com gestantes e seus parceiros, elaboração da cartilha “Dengue, Chikungunya e Zika na gestação – Cuidados para um nascimento saudável”, validação de conteúdo e aparência por 11 juízes especialistas e/ou técnicos. A primeira fase se deu através de seis rodas de conversas em duas Unidades de Atenção Primária à Saúde - UAPS, em Fortaleza-CE, com a participação de 38 gestantes e de três parceiros, nos meses de abril, maio e junho de 2018. O número variou entre seis a 19 participantes por encontro, estas rodas de conversa visavam verificar os saberes, as práticas e as ações utilizadas pelas gestantes e seus parceiros para o controle do Aedes aegypti e a prevenção das arboviroses. As informações coletadas na primeira fase foram organizadas a partir do Software Microsoft Excel e software N-Vivo versão 10, possibilitando sua interpretação para posterior construção do produto tecnológico. Para a terceira fase foi realizada a análise da validade de conteúdo e aparência da cartilha. Utilizou-se o Índice de Validade de Conteúdo (IVC), Índice de Validade de Conteúdo dos itens (I-CVI) e o percentual de concordância (IC). A cartilha foi elaborada a partir dos encontros das rodas de conversas. Foi dividida em oito domínios (objetivos, apresentação, prefácio, o vetor Aedes aegypti e as doenças: dengue, chikungunya e zika, as arboviroses na gestação, medidas de proteção contra os focos do mosquito, dicas de prevenção e anotações). Seguiu-se o que a literatura recomenda para linguagem, ilustração e layout/design. Em seguida a cartilha passou pela validação por juízes, no qual se mostrou como material validado do ponto de vista de conteúdo e aparência. Com IVC global (0,97) para conteúdo e percentual de concordância (97%) e (95%) para ilustrações e layout, e IVC (1,0) e (0,9) para motivação e cultura. Assim sendo, observa-se a satisfatoriedade dos juízes com o material e a homogeneidade nas avaliações. Os resultados foram apresentados em figuras, tabelas e gráficos. As sugestões dos juízes foram compiladas e apresentadas em um quadro. Portanto, considera-se que o material construído é válido, podendo ser utilizado como um recurso no processo ensino aprendizagem, por profissionais da saúde na assistência ao pré-natal e no planejamento familiar, permitindo a adoção de práticas seguras em um cuidado pessoal e coletivo contra as arboviroses na gestação, fomentado por uma tecnologia educativa. Abstract:
It was aimed to create and validate an educative booklet in the control and prevention of the arboviruses in the pregnancy with a bio-eco-social approach. That’s a metodologic development study, with technological validation, that was made in three phases: meetings with pregnants and their partners; the creation of the booklet “Dengue, chikungunya and zika in pregnancy – Care for a healthy birth”, validation of the contents and appearance, of the booklet, made by 11 specialists and/or technical judges. The first phase was made by six talking circles in the UAPS Viviane Benevides and Maciel de Brito in Fortaleza-CE, with the participation of 38 pregnants and three partners, in April, May and June of 2018. There wasn’t a fix number of participants by meeting, the number oscillated between 6 and 19. These talking circles were supposed to verify the knowledge, the practice and the actions used by pregnants and their partners to control Aedes aegypti and to prevent the arboviruses. The collected data in the first phase were processed and analyzed by Microsoft Excel Software and N-Vivo Software (version 10), possibilitating their interpretation to a posterior creation of the technological product. To the third phase was realized the analysis of the content validity and appearance of the booklet. It was used the Content Validity Index (CVI), the Level Content Validity Index (L-CVI), the Average Proportion of Items and the Agreement Percentage . The booklet was created through the talking circle meetings.It was divided in eight domains (objectives, presentation, preface, the Aedes aegypti vector and the diseases dengue, chikungunya and zika, pregnancy arboviruses, protections measures against the mosquito foci, prevention tips and annotations. It was used what the literature recommends to language, illustration and layout/design. Then the booklet passed by the judges validation, in that it showed itself like a validated material from the point of view of content and appearing, with global CVI (0,97), with content items CVI (1,0), appearing items CVI (0,94) and agreement percentage between the judges (93,1), showing the judges satisfactory with the material and the homogeneity of the assessments. The results were presented in pictures, tables and graphics. The judges suggestions were compiled and presented in a chart. So, it is considered that the made material is safe and can be used like a resource in the teaching and learning process by the healthcare professionals in the prenatal assistance and in the family planning, enabling the adoption of safe practices in a personal and collective care against the pregnancy arboviruses, instigated by an educative technology.
