O TEATRO DO OPRIMIDO COMO TECNOLOGIA DO CUIDADO EM SAÚDE MENTAL

Resumo:
O Teatro do Oprimido como Tecnologia de cuidado em Saúde Mental é o foco desse estudo que consiste em uma pesquisa-intervenção com o objetivo geral de compreender os significados produzidos com a experiência do Teatro do Oprimido na estratégia da Atenção Psicossocial. Especificamente descreve como o Teatro do Oprimido tem sido utilizado na Política de Saúde Mental brasileira, analisa como a proposta ético-estética sistematizada por Augusto Boal insere-se como uma tecnologia do cuidado no modo psicossocial e estuda os significados formulados por usuários e trabalhadores à prática do Teatro do Oprimido na saúde mental e analisa como a experiência do Teatro do Oprimido permite pensar limites e possibilidade da Atenção Psicossocial. Metodologicamente está ancorado na Epistemologia Qualitativa de Gonzalez Rey (2002; 2015) e tem como referencial principal o pensamento de Augusto Boal. Trata-se de pesquisa com abordagem qualitativa e os participantes são sujeitos ligados à política de saúde mental, entre usuários, familiares e trabalhadores. Para construção de informações foram constituídos os seguintes momentos: Diário de Campo; Oficina de Conversação Coletiva com os trabalhadores; Entrevistas Individuais com participantes de Teatro do Oprimido e Oficina de restituição da pesquisa. Essa investigação foi submetida ao Comitê de Ética/Universidade Estadual do Ceará (CEP/UECE) e aprovada sob o número 1.978.556. Os resultados da pesquisa empírica corroboraram com a bibliografia levantada no estudo que afirma que o Teatro do Oprimido como tecnologia social presente na Política Nacional de Saúde Mental tem estimulado a expressividade, o protagonismo social bem como o diálogo entre os campos manicomiais e antimanicomias. Analisando a abordagem teórico-metodológica do Teatro do Oprimido e os significados subjetivos ressaltados ao longo deste estudo algumas categorias foram elencadas. Através da conversação dos pesquisatores-trabalhadores foram pontuadas quatro (4) categorias: compreensões sobre o Teatro do Oprimido na Saúde Mental; Proposição teórico-prática do Teatro do Oprimido; Trabalho em Saúde Mental; e a experiência com a oficina de conversação coletiva. Quando em conversação com usuários participantes de Teatro do Oprimido foram elencadas duas (2) categorias: a participação em atividades envolvendo o Teatro do Oprimido e as experiências com as técnicas do Teatro do Oprimido. Considerando as colocações das pessoas entrevistadas o ponto principal foi a possibilidade de expressão e relação com um público (com o outro), bem como dizer de si de forma magnificada e artística. A partir destas elaborações partiu-se para a análise coletiva das ponderações realizadas na investigação, o que foi proposto na oficina de restituição. Nesse sentido, três categorias foram delineadas: sofrimento/doença/medicamentos; o campo da Saúde Mental e o Hospital Psiquiátrico e expressão e Teatro do Oprimido. Esse estudo ressaltou a importância de problematizar as práticas de atenção à saúde em processo no Brasil, buscando fortalecer o cuidado dos sujeitos em sofrimento psíquico grave para que possam ser protagonistas na condução de suas vidas, e além da construção de uma política pública de saúde que acolha a diversidade de necessidade de saúde da população bem como seja calcada em direitos humanos plenos. O Teatro do Oprimido como tecnologia de cuidado em saúde mental demonstrou sua amplitude político-terapêutica de transformação e mobilização de modos cristalizados.

Abstract:
The Theater of the Oppressed as Technology of care in mental health is the focus of this study which consists of an intervention research with the general objective of understanding the meanings produced with the experience of the Theater of the Oppressed in the strategy of Psychosocial Attention. Specifically, it describes how the Theater of the Oppressed has been used in the Brazilian Mental Health Policy, analyzes how the ethical-aesthetic proposal systematized by Augusto Boal is inserted as a care technology in the psychosocial way and analyzes how the experience of the Theater of the Oppressed allows to think limits and possibility of Psychosocial Attention. Methodologically it is anchored in the Qualitative Epistemology of Gonzalez Rey (2002, 2015) and has as main reference the thought of Augusto Boal. It is a research with a qualitative approach and the participants are subjects linked to the mental health policy among users, family and workers. For the construction of information the following moments were constituted: field diary; Workshop of Collective Conversation with workers; Individual interviews with participants of the Theater of the Oppressed and Workshop for the return of the research. This investigation was submitted to the Ethics Committee/State University of Ceará (CEP/UECE) and approved under number 1.978,556. The results of the empirical research corroborated with the bibliography raised in the study that affirms that the Theater of the Oppressed as social technology present in the National Policy of mental health has stimulated expressiveness, social protagonism as well as the dialogue between the asylum and anti-asylum. Analyzing the theoretical-methodological approach of the Theater of the Oppressed and the subjective meanings highlighted throughout this study, some categories were listed. Through the conversation of the researcher-workers, four (4) categories were listed: understandings about the Theater of the Oppressed in Mental Health; Theoretical and Practical Proposition of the Theater of the Oppressed; Work in Mental Health; and experience with the collective conversation workshop. When in conversation with users participating in Theater of the Oppressed, two (2) categories were listed: participation in activities involving Theater of the Oppressed and experiences with Theater of the Oppressed techniques. Considering the positions of the people interviewed the main point was the possibility of expression and relation with one public (with the other), as well as to say of itself in a magnified and artistic way. From these elaborations, we set out to the collective analysis of the weights carried out in the investigation, which was proposed in the restitution workshop. In this sense, three categories were outlined:
suffering/illness/medicines; the field of Mental Health and the Psychiatric Hospital; and expression and Theater of the Oppressed. This study emphasized the importance of problematizing the health care practices in process in Brazil, seeking to strengthen the care of the subjects in severe psychic suffering so that they can be protagonists in the conduct of their lives and beyond in the construction of a public health policy that welcomes the diversity of the population's health needs as well as being based on full human rights. The Theater of the Oppressed as a technology of care in mental health demonstrated its political-therapeutic amplitude of transformation and mobilization of crystallized modes.
