RESUMO
O presente artigo teve buscou construir uma avaliação comparativa dos indicadores sociais do Brasil com a implantação do Plano Real com o intuito de construir uma reflexão e sugestões para se redescobrir o sistema da elaboração e efetivação do plano econômico e seus impactos na sociedade. Perante a necessidade social da utilização do Sistema Financeiro e Econômico frente ao aumento da demanda pelo consumo de mercadorias de necessidades básicas, assim como os de necessidades especiais, acionados pela população ao seu uso. A justificativa do trabalho é evidenciada através da concepção da explanação da implantação do plano real e seus impactos sociais e discutir o tema no âmbito socioeconômico. O objetivo da pesquisa foi explorar os impactos econômicos e sociais sentidos pela sociedade antes e depois da implantação do Plano Real. A metodologia usada consistiu em leituras e estudos de bibliografias relacionadas com a temática. Como instrumento de pesquisa foi utilizada a pesquisa bibliográfica e a coleta de dados por meio de análise documental. Pôde-se concluir que, o Plano Real teve um grande impacto econômico e social em nosso país, estabelecendo uma economia moderna em sua concepção de uma moeda mais segura.

Abstract:
ABSTRACT
This article aimed to construct a comparative evaluation of the social indicators of Brazil with the implementation of the Real Plan with the purpose of constructing a reflection and suggestions to rediscover the system of elaboration and effectiveness of the economic plan and its impacts on society. Given the social need to use the Financial and Economic System in view of the increase in the demand for the consumption of commodities of basic needs, as well as those of special needs, driven by the population to its use. The justification of the work is evidenced through the conception of the explanation of the implantation of the real plan and its social impacts and to discuss the theme in the socioeconomic scope. The objective of the research was to explore the economic and social impacts felt by society before and after the implementation of the Real Plan. The methodology used consisted of readings and studies of bibliographies related to the subject. As a research tool, bibliographical research and data collection were used through documentary analysis. It could be concluded that the Real Plan had a great economic and social impact in our country, establishing a modern economy in its conception of a safer currency.
