RESUMO
Compreendemos que a percepção de sintoma do enfermeiro pode influenciar diretamente na realização do seu cuidado, por isso propomos que os enfermeiros possam perceber de maneira diferente os sintomas sem base orgânica, que não apresentam relação com a patologia do paciente, mas que precisam ser desvelados, pois porta um sentido sobre a história de vida do sujeito. Portanto, pensando o sintoma não com um significado patológico, mas como uma verdade do sujeito a ser relevada, o objetivo do nosso estudo é analisar a percepção do enfermeiro acerca dos sintomas sem base orgânica na clínica do HIV/AIDS. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo com abordagem qualitativa realizado com 19 enfermeiros que atuam em sete Serviços de Atendimento Especializado em HIV/AIDS do município de Fortaleza – CE. Os dados foram coletados por meio de uma entrevista semiestruturada e analisados pela análise de discurso. Foram respeitados os aspectos éticos e legais preconizados pela Resolução 466/12 do Conselho Nacional de Saúde. A partir da compreensão das condições de produção dos discursos, percebemos que o que pauta os discursos dos enfermeiros são práticas que lhe são instituídas a partir do modelo biomédico e preconizações do Ministério da Saúde, sendo que tudo que escapa a isso se torna invisível aos olhos dos enfermeiros, como o próprio sujeito que é cuidado e, apesar de esses profissionais apontarem para o trabalho com uma subjetividade do paciente, eles não o fazem. Compreendemos, assim, que o sintoma é do próprio enfermeiro que não consegue atuar de outra forma, a não ser reproduzindo o (sim) toma a medicação, pois todo o seu empenho está em torno do (sim) toma o paciente como objeto que deve seguir suas recomendações. Dessa maneira, pretendemos lançar outro olhar para além da clínica biológica, a partir de uma reinvenção da clínica para a enfermagem, que não esteja pautada apenas no modelo biomédico, mas que possibilite a emersão de outras questões que dizem respeito à singularidade e à constituição do paciente como sujeito.

ABSTRACT
We understand that the perception of symptom to nurse can directly influence the realization of their care, so we propose that nurses may perceive differently the symptoms without organic basis, which no relation to the pathology of the patient, but that need to be revealed, it carries a sense of the history of the subject's life. So, thinking the symptom not with a pathological significance, but as a truth of the subject to be in relief, the aim of our study is to analyze the perception of nurses about the symptoms without organic basis on clinical HIV / AIDS. This is a descriptive qualitative study performed with 19 nurses working in seven Specialized Care Services in HIV / AIDS in the city of Fortaleza - CE. Data were collected through a semi-structured interview and analyzed by discourse analysis. The ethical and legal aspects recommended by Resolution 466/12 of the National Health Council were respected. By understanding the conditions of production of discourse, we realize the underlying the speeches of nurses are practices that are imposed from the biomedical model and recommendations of the Ministry of Health, and all that escapes it becomes invisible to nurses, as the subject who is careful and although these professionals point to work with a subjectivity of the patient, they do not. We understand, therefore, that the symptom is the own nurse that cannot act otherwise, unless reproducing the (yes) takes the medication, because all their work is around (yes) takes the patient as object to follow its recommendations. Thus, we plan to release another look beyond the biological clinic, from a reinvention of the clinic for nursing, that is not guided only in the biomedical model, but that will allow the emergence of other issues concerning the uniqueness and the formation of patient as a subject.
