EDUCAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL NO CEARÁ: A LÓGICA EMPRESARIAL NA FORMAÇÃO DOCENTE

RESUMO
A dissertação aqui apresentada é o resultado de uma pesquisa que tem como centro o estudo da Formação docente na Educação Profissional no Ceará sob a interferência da lógica empresarial. Tratamos do tema Educação Profissional a partir de uma compreensão a respeito do conceito de trabalho e da importância do mesmo para o desenvolvimento da humanidade, na transformação do ser humano, concebendo-o à luz de um entendimento dessa categoria como fundante do ser social. Esta dissertação tem como objetivo geral analisar, com base na ontologia marxiana, a formação dos professores das disciplinas da base técnica que atuam na Educação Profissional do Ceará, utilizando a Escola Estadual de Educação Profissional Professor Moreira de Sousa em Juazeiro do Norte/CE, como lócus de realização da pesquisa. Destacamos como objetivos específicos: Contextualizar a formação inicial e continuada diante da crise estrutural do capital; Conhecer a história da educação profissional na E. E. E. P. Professor Moreira de Sousa; Identificar a formação inicial e a formação docente continuada dos professores atuantes nas disciplinas da base técnica. Para alcançar os objetivos deste estudo, revisitamos pesquisas que apresentam a temática da formação docente de profissionais de educação profissional, no contexto histórico e os desdobramentos das atuais reformas educacionais, recomendadas pelos organismos internacionais, sobretudo, nas últimas décadas do século XX e século XXI, através de pesquisas bibliográficas, documental, pesquisas em teses, dissertações, monografias, artigos, além de documentos e a legislação, divulgados em sites. Diante do atual panorama da Educação Profissional no Estado do Ceará e da sua relação com a sociedade capitalista em crise, chegamos à conclusão que, de maneira generalizada, há uma não formação na docência, o que implica em dificuldades no trabalho do professor no que se refere a ministrar as disciplinas técnicas, haja vista que, mesmo com os seus limites, a formação do professor não se restringe ao campo técnico. Dessa forma, constatamos nas respostas dos investigados que essa realidade possui interferência direta no trabalho do professor, ressaltamos ser a formação continuada uma necessidade de melhorar a prática docente. Concluímos ainda que no atual momento do capital em crise estrutural, o ideário da empregabilidade constitui o principal mecanismo de ajuste na relação entre trabalho e educação, ambas a serviço do capital. Dada a ampliação da educação profissional no Brasil e no Ceará,

com a utilização da TESE como argumento teórico de fundamentação, a formação do novo trabalhador e, consequentemente, do novo professor, avaliamos que a educação, nesses termos, propiciaria a condição de empregabilidade à classe trabalhadora, mascarando, sobremaneira, a realidade de desemprego crônico e estrutural gerado pelo próprio capital em seu processo de acumulação e ampliação.

Abstract:
ABSTRACT The work presented here is the result of a research that has as its center the study of docent formation in Professional Education in Ceará under the interference of business logic. We deal of Professional Education theme from an understanding of the concept of work and the importance of it for the development of humanity, the transformation of the human being, conceiving it to the light of an understanding of that category as the founding of the social. This work has as main objective to analyze, based on Marxian ontology, the formation of teachers in the technical basis disciplines that act in Ceará Professional Education, using the State School of Professional Education Teacher Moreira de Sousa in Juazeiro do Norte / CE, as locus to conducting the research. We highlight the specific objectives: Contextualize the initial and continuing training on the structural crisis of capital; Knowing the history of professional education in E.E.E.P. Professor Moreira de Sousa; Identify the initial training and docent formation continued performing in the technical basis of disciplines. To achieve the goals of this study, we highlight research that present the issue of docent formation professional education professional, in the historical contexto and the unfoldings of the current educational reforms, recommended by international organizations, mainly, in the last decades of the twentieth century and twenty-first century, through bibliographic research, documentar, research in theses, thesis, monographs, articles, and documents and legislation, released on websites. In today's panorama of professional education in the State of Ceará and its relation to capitalist society in crisis, we conclude that, generalized way, there is no training in teaching, which implies difficulties in teacher's work in relation to minister technical disciplines, considering that, even with its limitations, the teachers formation is not restricted to the technical field. In that way, the responses of the investigated this reality has a direct interference in the work of teachers, we highlight continuing education be a need to improve teaching practice. We conclude that even at the moment of the capital in structural crisis, the ideal of employability is the main adjustment mechanism in the relationship between work and education, both the service of capital. Given the expansion of education in Brazil and Ceará, with the use of TESE as a theoretical argument to state reasons, the formation of the new worker and, consequently, the new teacher, we evaluated that the education, in these terms, provides a condition of employment to the working class, masking, greatly, the reality

of chronic and structural unemployment generated by the capital itself in its accumulation and expansion process. Keywords: Professional Education. Work. Docent Formation. TESE. Business Logic.
