Resumo:
RESUMO Nas últimas décadas vem crescendo a consciência de que é necessário mudar a forma que as organizações lidam com os produtos que são criados e oferecidos aos consumidores. A logística reversa é uma das principais atividades que estão se incorporando ao cotidiano das empresas ambientalmente responsáveis. O presente trabalho irá apontar os conceitos, fatores de influência para a implementação da logística reversa e, por meio da descrição do sistema de depósito de embalagens de bebidas pós-consumo na Alemanha, identificar o contexto e os efeitos da sua implementação no país. Verificou-se que fatores de cunho legal foram prementes para o sucesso da logística reversa. Palavras-chave: Logística. Logística Reversa. Depósito. Embalagens.
Abstract:
ABSTRACT In the last decades, the conscience that is necessary to change the manner companies and organizations deal with the products created and offered to the consuming public has been growing. Reverse logistics is one of the main actions incorporated to the routine of companies with a well-established environmental policy. The following work shall present the concepts and factors of influence to implement reverse logistics and by means of detailed description of the German deposit system for bottles after the consumption of drinks, identify the context and the effects of its use in the country. It was observed that legal factors have been of utmost importance to the success of reverse logistics. Key-words: Logistics. Reverse logistics. Deposit. Package.
