ABSTRACT
The research Center for Family Health Support: a look beyond interdisciplinarity had
as objective to analyze how the family health teams (EqSF) and family health support
nuclei (NASF) are articulated in the development of shared actions in the family.
Municipality of Maracanaú / CE. The study was carried out through a qualitative
approach. Data were collected through semi-structured interview and direct
observation in the period from July 8 to September 8, 2016. The analysis was guided
by dialectical hermeneutics. Twenty-one informants have been active for at least two
years in primary care, including: twelve NASF professionals and nine professionals
from the Family Health Strategy. The results demonstrated the existence of
antagonistic perceptions about the practices of shared actions: there are
professionals who are open to sharing knowledge and responsibilities and others
who persist in the service focused on the fragmentation of the user. There is a
process of consolidation of matrix support in an interdisciplinary perspective, always
at the initiative of the NASF teams. There were obstacles to this practice: the lack of
support and dialogue with municipal management and the great demand by the FHP
professionals. However, it was verified the gradual strengthening of the
communication between the teams through the construction of the unique therapeutic
project. The study points out the need to create and encourage the possibilities of
strengthening interdisciplinary actions as a way of offering integral care to the
population assisted by SUS in the municipality.
