O ENSINO A DISTÂNCIA NA UNIVERSIDADE ABERTA DO PIAUÍ: IMPLICAÇÕES DO CURSO DE PEDAGOGIA PARA A FORMAÇÃO HUMANA CRÍTICA

RESUMO
A Educação a distância - EaD é disseminada no contexto da sociedade capitalista contemporânea como alternativa para contribuir com a qualificação da força do trabalhador e sua adequação às novas demandas da sociedade capitalista. O ajustamento de perfis que atendam as exigências mercadológicas do capital reflete diretamente na educação, havendo nesse cenário a exigência de professores cada vez mais adaptados às exigências de mercado. A EaD é aplicada como estratégia de atendimento aos discursos oficiais, inclusive à suposta demanda do Banco Mundial da tão sonhada ampliação do acesso à educação superior nos países emergentes. Após mais vinte anos da LDB/96, há um número significativo de professores atuando na educação infantil e nas séries iniciais do ensino fundamental que ainda estão cursando a primeira licenciatura, sendo que esta é realizada através da modalidade a distância. Nossa investigação é sobre as implicações da formação no Ensino a Distância para uma formação humana crítica. Os sujeitos de nossa pesquisa estão situados na Universidade Aberta do Piauí – UAPI, sendo alunos egressos do curso de pedagogia e profissionais que fazem parte do ensino à distância. A pesquisa contou com uma abordagem metodológica de natureza qualitativa numa perspectiva crítica e reflexiva, sendo descritiva, exploratória e de campo, quanto aos seus objetivos e documental e bibliográfica, quanto às fontes. A análise dos dados partiu da abordagem teórico-metodológica de natureza materialista, dialética e ontológica que lastreia a visão marxista de ciência. Nossa pesquisa, a partir da aproximação da realidade dos polos e dos sujeitos investigados, evidenciou-se que a formação de professores através do ensino a distância enfrenta problemas de natureza técnica e estrutural, que dificultam a ação pedagógica e, consequentemente, a aprendizagem dos alunos. O curso não dá conta dos conteúdos específicos de pedagogia e os sujeitos se autoresponsabilizam ou responsabilizam seus pares pela busca de conhecimentos. Ademais, longe ser uma formação que amplie o repertório de conhecimentos teórico-prático, a formação na modalidade a distância é concebida pelos sujeitos como uma possibilidade de ter o ensino superior de maneira fácil e rápida, tendo em vista, principalmente o aumento salarial. Nessa lógica, a formação humana crítica tão propagada em nossa sociedade fica apenas no plano dos discursos oficiais, das possibilidades.

ABSTRACT
Distance Learning - DL is disseminated in the context of contemporary capitalist society as an alternative to contribute to the qualification of the worker's strength and its adaptation to the new demands of capitalist society. The adjustment of profiles that meet the marketing requirements of capital reflects directly in education, and in this scenario the demand of teachers increasingly adapted to the market demands. DL is applied as a strategy for attending official speeches, including the supposed demand of the World Bank for the long-awaited expansion of access to higher education in emerging countries. After a further twenty years of LDB/96, there are a significant number of teachers working in early childhood education and in the initial grades of elementary school who are still attending the first degree, and this is done through the distance modality. Our research is about the implications of Distance Learning training for critical human training. The subjects of our research are located at the Open University of Piauí - UAPI, being students graduated from the pedagogy course and professionals who are parts of distance learning. The research had a methodological approach of a qualitative nature in a critical and reflective perspective, being descriptive, exploratory and field, as to its objectives and documentary and bibliographical, as to the sources. The analysis of the data was based on the theoretical-methodological approach of materialistic, dialectical and ontological nature that supports the Marxist view of science. Our research, based on the approximation of the reality of the poles and the investigated subjects, showed that the formation of teachers through distance learning faces problems of a technical and structural nature, which hamper pedagogical action and, consequently, students' learning. The course does not account for the specific content of pedagogy and the subjects themselves are responsible or responsible for their peers for the search of knowledge. Furthermore, far from being a training that extends the repertoire of theoretical-practical knowledge, training in the distance modality is conceived by the subjects as a possibility to have higher education in an easy and fast way, especially in view of the salary increase. In this logic, the critical human formation so propagated in our society is only on the level of official discourses, possibilities.
