O FENÔMENO SLASH: CARTOGRAFIA DAS TRAJETÓRIAS PROFISSIONAIS DO TRABALHADOR CONTEMPORÂNEO À LUZ DA PSICODINÂMICA DO TRABALHO

RESUMO
A dissertação trata de dois construtos principais, quais sejam as concepções de carreira e de trajetórias profissionais, em face do contexto de mudanças no mundo do trabalho e, também, do surgimento de um novo agente criativo contemporâneo participante do “fenômeno slash”. O fenômeno slash – sinal gráfico da barra diagonal (/) – refere-se a uma geração de profissionais que acumula e pratica múltiplas atividades, como: administrador/fotógrafo; arquiteta/atriz/cantora. Nosso argumento é que os slashers são disruptivos e parecem atuar com protagonismo, criatividade e inventividade sobre suas escolhas profissionais. A partir disso e das novas maneiras de construir uma carreira, o texto estabelece como objeto de estudo a relação identitária do trabalhador contemporâneo em suas trajetórias profissionais e o fenômeno slash, à luz da Psicodinâmica do Trabalho. A dissertação é sustentada por uma pesquisa de campo cujo objetivo geral foi compreender, à luz da Psicodinâmica do Trabalho, as características dos processos identitários dos slashers em suas trajetórias profissionais na contemporaneidade, desdobrando-se nos seguintes objetivos específicos: i) Conhecer a história de vida profissional de trabalhadores imersos no fenômeno slash na contemporaneidade; ii) Identificar e mapear as possíveis rotas nos percursos profissionais dos slashers na contemporaneidade; e iii) Caracterizar as dimensões que circunscrevem os processos identitários dos slashers, à luz da Psicodinâmica do Trabalho. Realizamos uma revisão bibliográfica nos principais temas que circunscrevem o nosso objeto de pesquisa. Metodologicamente, realizamos uma pesquisa com orientação integralmente qualitativa, inspirados pelo método cartográfico, a partir da lógica de que o rizoma não se fecha sobre si, mas está aberto a experimentação e as múltiplas conexões possíveis, por exemplo, nos percursos profissionais dos slashers. Dessa forma, investigamos e mapeamos as trajetórias profissionais de 06 slashers nas cidades de Fortaleza e São Paulo. Como resultados, além dos objetivos geral e específicos terem sido respondidos, desenvolvemos um mapa chamado de “Cartografia das rotas profissionais dos slashers”, duas sínteses e uma proposição reflexiva. A primeira síntese reflexiva ocupa uma dimensão crítica e revela que, supostamente, “nem tudo é tão bonito quanto parece ser” a respeito dos slashers; sobre a segunda síntese reflexiva, confirmamos as principais características dos slashers abordadas pela literatura nas representações dos nossos entrevistados. Por outro lado, adentrar no mundo dos slashers nos despertou para a construção de uma proposição reflexiva desde a lente antropológica, qual seja: como se dá a “lugarização”, no sentido antropológico do termo, dos slashers? Estariam eles à procura do lugar antropológico, isto é, aquele que se caracteriza por ser identitário,
relacional e histórico? Pensar o campo do trabalho nos “dias de hoje” a partir dessas reflexões do que parece ser o perfil dos novos trabalhadores parece ser o caminho necessário a ser tomado pelas organizações, que precisam conhecer e se posicionar frente a esse fenômeno que cresce com velocidade e aderência. Por fim, encerramos o texto com a esperança de ter despertado nos pesquisadores o desejo de trabalharem de forma “multi”: multidisciplinar, com multimétodos e em múltiplas rotas, descobrindo na prática o prazer de se (re)fazer como investigador e contribuindo para uma ciência mais próxima do real.

Abstract:
ABSTRACT
The thesis approaches two main constructs, which are the concepts of careers and the professional trajectories, in face of the context of changes in the working world and of the emergence of a new contemporary creative agent who takes part in the “slash phenomenon”. The slash phenomenon – graph sign of the forward slash (/) – refers to a generation of workers who gather and practice multiple activities such as: administrator/photographer; architect/actress/singer. Our argument is that the slashers are disruptive and seem to act with protagonism, creativity and inventiveness about their professional choices. From that and the new manners of building a career, the text establishes as object of study the identity relation of the contemporary worker in his professional trajectories and the slash phenomenon in the light of the Psychodynamic of Work. The thesis is supported by a field research whose general purpose was to understand, in the light of Psychodynamic of Work, the characteristics of the identity processes of the slashers in their professional trajectories in contemporaneity, unfolding at the following specific objectives: i) To know the professional life story of workers immersed in the slash phenomenon in contemporaneity; ii) To identify and map the possible routes at the professional paths of the slashers in contemporaneity; and iii) To characterize the dimensions that circumscribe the identity processes of the slashers in the light of the Psychodynamic of Work. We did a bibliographic review of the main themes that circumscribe our object of research. Regarding methodology, we conducted the research with fully qualitative orientation inspired by the cartographic method, considering the logic that the rhizome does not close in on itself, but it is open to the experimentation and multiple possible connections, for example, in the professional paths of the slashers. Therefore, we investigated and mapped the professional trajectories of 6 slashers based in the cities of Fortaleza and São Paulo. As results, in addition to the general and specific objectives have been answered, we developed a map called by “Cartography of the professional routes of the slashers”, two synthesis and a reflective proposal. The first reflective synthesis takes a critical dimension and supposedly reveals that “not everything is so beautiful as it seems to be” concerning the slashers; about the second reflective synthesis, we confirm some of the characteristics of the slashers approached by the literature in the representation of our interviewees. On the other hand, entering the world of the slashers has awakened us to the construction of a reflective proposition from the anthropological lens, which are: how does it happen the "lugarização" of the slashers on the anthropological meaning of the term? Would they be looking for the anthropological place, namely that one characterized by being of identity, relational and
historical? Thinking about the field of work in the "present day" from these reflections of what seems to be the profile of the new workers seems to be the necessary path to be taken by the organizations that need to know and take a stand on this phenomenon that grows with speed and adhesion. We finally end the text with the hope of having awakened in the researchers the desire to work in a "multi" way: multidisciplinary, with multi-methods and in multiple routes, figuring out in practice the pleasure of reinvent themselves as a researcher and contributing to a science closer to reality.
