PRECARIZAÇÃO E SERVIÇO SOCIAL: AS CONDIÇÕES DE TRABALHO DOS ASSISTENTES SOCIAIS NAS UNIDADES DE ACOLHIMENTO INSTITUCIONAL

RESUMO
Retrata as transformações no modo de produção capitalista, pós crise do Fordismo na década de 1970 e seus reflexos no mundo do trabalho e dos trabalhadores. No processo de reestruturação do Capital e na busca da recuperação do seu ciclo expansionista, há uma reconfiguração das condições de produção e consequentemente mudanças no mundo trabalho. Este processo incide também sobre o Estado que se vê compelido a acompanhar os mecanismos de recuperação do sistema produtivo, inserindo-o em um contexto de (contra)reforma e enxugamento de seus quadros funcionais e retraimento de suas funções. Assim, nessa dinâmica, de redefinição do papel do Estado, de reorganização do sistema produtivo e na forma de organizar e gerir o trabalho, é possível apreender mudanças no interior da classe trabalhadora e das profissões. O assistente social, profissional inserido na divisão socio técnica do trabalho é nesse sentido, afetado em suas condições objetivas e subjetivas do exercício profissional, ademais por encontrar no Estado ainda seu maior empregador. A metodologia utilizada foi a pesquisa qualitativa e quantitativa, cujos métodos foram a aplicação de questionários, a observação participante, entrevista social e diário de campo, que possibilitou encetar uma apreensão das profissionais de Serviço Social acerca das condições de trabalho às quais se encontram submetidas, considerando a conjuntura de crise do sistema produtivo, além da realização de entrevistas como subsidio na compreensão do funcionamento e da gestão das unidades de Acolhimento Institucional. Nesta discussão de como as relações trabalhistas e as condições de trabalho tem se efetivado para a profissão de Serviço Social dentro do campo público-estatal, foi que verificamos a presença dos reflexos da Reestruturação Produtiva e sua diretriz de flexibilização no exercício profissional dos Assistentes sociais das Unidades de Acolhimento Institucional.

Abstract:
ABSTRACT
Show the transformations of the capitalist mode of production, after Fordism‟s crise in the 1970s and its repercussion on the world of work and workers. In the process of reconfiguration of capital and in the search for the recovery of its expansionist cycle, there is a reconfiguration of production conditions and consequently changes in the world of work. This process affects also the State which is forced to follow the mechanisms of recovery of the productive system. Thus, in this dynamic, of redefining the role of the State, of reorganizing the productive system and of organizing and managing work, it is possible to perceive changes within the working class and the professions.The social worker, professional inserted in the socio-technical division of labor is affected in this sense in his objective and subjective conditions of the professional exercise, in addition to finding in the State still its greater employer. The methodology used was qualitative and quantitative research, whose methods were the application of questionnaires, participant observation, social interview and field which made it possible to embark on an apprehension of the social work professionals about the working conditions to which they are subjected, considering the crisis situation of the productive system, as well as interviews as a subsidy in understanding the operation and management of the Institutional Reception units. In this discussion of how labor relations and working conditions have become effective for the social service profession within the public-state field, we verified the presence of the reflexes of the productive restructuring and its flexibilization guideline in the professional practice of the social workers of the Institutional Reception Units.
