RESUMO
O objetivo central desta dissertação é analisar, a partir da ótica das travestis que estiveram/estão em suposta situação de tráfico, como se daria o processo de aliciamento e exploração sexual neste tipo de violência. Para isso, foi utilizada pesquisa bibliográfica tendo como referência as categorias tráfico de pessoas, prostituição, exploração sexual e identidade de gênero, com foco no segmento das travestis e das transexuais; além de pesquisa de campo com os sujeitos acima mencionados. Para a coleta os dados, foram utilizados a observação simples e a entrevista. Optou-se, neste estudo, por não demarcar instituições específicas para se chegar aos sujeitos. Deste modo, empregou a técnica da amostragem “Bola de Neve”, que consiste na indicação de contatos pelas próprias participantes da pesquisa. No desenrolar da investigação, notou-se que as entrevistadas não se autoidentificavam com a categoria “travesti”. Assim, ficou clara a necessidade de incluir análises que, mais do que apenas diferenciasse travestis e transexuais em conceitos padrões, apreendesse a complexidade e a dinamicidade das relações de gênero e das discussões sobre identidade de gênero. Esta pesquisa proporcionou encontrar situações complexas no que diz respeito às condições de vida e de sociabilidade desses sujeitos, bem como no tocante ao desvelamento da realidade do tráfico de pessoas e da prostituição de travestis e de transexuais. A correlação entre estas categorias firmou-se como um desafio durante todo o percurso da pesquisa, uma vez que o tráfico de pessoas, como violação dos direitos humanos, nem sempre é reconhecido pelos sujeitos. Esta dissertação converge para o entendimento de que é fundamental reforçar o processo de resistência e desconstrução de paradigmas e de opressões, os quais estigmatizam e discriminam segmentos sociais, contribuindo para a continuidade de uma desigualdade que não é apenas social e econômica, mas também de gênero. Daí sua relevância acadêmica, cultural, política e social.

Abstract:
ABSTRACT
This dissertation has as a main object to analyze, thru the perspective of transvestite that were/are in a supposed trafficking situation, how the process of grooming and sexual exploitation works in this kind of violence. For this, it was used a bibliographic research about the categories of human trafficking, prostitution, sexual exploitation and gender identity, focusing on tranvestite and transexual segment. It was also developed a field research with the mentioned people, used to collect simple observation data and interviews. It was chosen, in this study, not to demarcate specific institutions to get to the subjects. Seeing this, it was used the sampling technique called “Snow Ball”, that consists on the indication of contacts by the participates themselves. In the course of the situation, it was realized that the interviewed people were not identified within the “travestites” category. Seeing this, it was explicit the necessity of including analysis that, more than just differ travestites and transexuals in standart concepts, would apprehend the complexity and the dynamism of the gender relations and gender identities discussions. This research provided to approach complex situations about the social and life conditions of the subjects, as the aspects of unveiling of the human trafficking and prostitution reality of travestites and transexual people. The correlation between these categories was firmed as a challenge during the entire research path, once people trafficking, as a violation of human rights, is not always recongnized by people. Because of that, this dissertation try to encourage this discussion about the thematic approach, based on reinforce the process of resistence and deconstruction of paradigms and opression that stigmaze and discriminate social segments, contributing for the continuation for a inequality that is not only social or economic, but also gender.
