TECNOLOGIAS DO CUIDADO NA ASSISTÊNCIA AO PACIENTE CARDIOPATA CRÔNICO

Resumo:
RESUMO O adoecimento cardíaco crônico leva ao individuo a perda significativa do seu estado de saúde. Podendo ser prevenido, em muitas das vezes, com a adesão a um estilo de vida saudável. O acompanhamento sistemático dos pacientes cardiopatas crônicos com pela equipe multidisciplinar, em especial pelo enfermeiro, pode repercutir positivamente no controle do avanço das manifestações clínicas, além de reduzir significativamente o número de internações. As tecnologias do cuidado vem para fomentar a assistência dos usuário e pode ser tipificada em três: leves – das relações, leve-duras - saberes e o conhecimento advindos da clínica e duras - equipamentos tecnológicos, tais como máquinas, normas e rotinas. Portanto, objetivou-se compreender a utilização das tecnologias do cuidado pelo enfermeiro na assistência de sujeitos cardiopatas crônicos. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo com abordagem qualitativa, desenvolvido em um hospital terciário de Fortaleza-CE com enfermeiros assistenciais, cuja técnica de apreensão de dados foi a entrevista semiestruturada. Os dados foram analisados através da técnica da Análise de temática. Os estudo revelou que os enfermeiros utilizam os três tipos de tecnologia na assistência ao paciente cardiopata crônico. O enfermeiro demonstrou saber identificar o uso dessas ferramentas no seu cotidiano. Além disso, notou-se importante o uso das tecnologias leves como: acolhimento, escuta, vínculo e comunicação. Foi visto, também as dificuldades no serviço que repercute na assistência ao usuário. A participação da equipe multidisciplinar e de enfermagem fazem parte do cuidado tornando-o integral e voltado para as necessidades do sujeito. Para que o enfermeiro utilize as tecnologias como um agente transformador é necessário que ele tenha o real entendimento do que tem em mãos, compreenda e empregue no cuidado como um aliado utilizando para isso o seu conhecimento, sua humanização, sua interação e os dispositivos ao seu redor. Abstract:
ABSTRACT Chronic heart illness leads to the individual to significant loss of their state of health. This can be prevented in many cases, with adherence to a healthy lifestyle. The systematic monitoring of chronic heart patients the by multidisciplinary heath team, especially by nurses, can impact positively in control of advancement clinical manifestations, and significantly reduce the number of hospitalizations. Caution technologies is to encourage the user assistance and can be typified in three: light - of relations, soft-hard - knowledge and deriving knowledge of the clinical and hard - technological equipment, such as machinery, norms and routines. Therefore, aimed understand the use of the nurse care technologies in the care of subjects chronic cardiac patients. This is a descriptive study with qualitative approach, developed in a tertiary hospital in Fortaleza-CE with clinical nurses, whose technique of the data seizure was the semi-structured interview. The data were analyzed through the thematic analysis technique. The study revealed that nurses use the three types of technology in patient care chronic cardiac disease. The nurses were able to identify the use of these tools in their daily lives. In addition, it was noted the important use of soft technologies welcome, listening, and communication into nurses and patients. It was seen, also the difficulties in service that affects the user assistance. The participation of the multidisciplinary team and nursing care are part of making it full and turned to the needs of the subject. so that the nurses use the technology as a transformative agent it is necessary that they have the real understanding of what have in hands, understand and employed in care as an ally using for this its knowledge, its humanization, their interaction and devices around.
