A CONSTRUÇÃO DE CONCEITOS GEOMÉTRICOS ATRAVÉS DO ORIGAMI

Resumo:
RESUMO Visando as relações entre a Geometria e o Origami, este trabalho tem como objetivo investigar as contribuições do origami na construção de conceitos geométricos nos anos finais do Ensino Fundamental, através da construção das dobraduras para a apresentação dos resultados da Geometria e o uso da Geometria para justificar as construções. Neste trabalho usei como procedimento metodológico a pesquisa bibliográfica, que abrange a leitura, a análise e a interpretação do tema a ser estudado, colaborando para a atualização e ampliação de conhecimentos préexistentes. Para tal, este trabalho foi divido em três etapas: a primeira foi à fundamentação e retrospectiva histórica da Geometria e sua relevância no ensino aprendizagem da matemática; na segunda etapa, busquei apresentar alguns conceitos e definições básicas da Geometria e como podem ser trabalhados através do origami, podendo, desse modo, utilizar o origami como mais um recurso para uma aprendizagem mais divertida e concreta; na ultima etapa deste trabalho, apresento a análise feita, após uma triagem, de três trabalhos já publicados sobre essa arte e sua utilização na Geometria, tendo como resultado o origami não mais como apenas uma arte de transformar papel em imagens de bichos e formas, mas sim um auxiliador de conhecimento com que o aluno pode colocar na prática aquilo que foi estudado. Abstract:
ABSTRACT Aiming at the relationship between geometry and origami, this study aims to investigate the origami contributions in the construction of geometric concepts in the final years of elementary school through the construction of folding for the presentation of the results of the geometry and the use of geometry to justify construction. In this work used as a methodological procedure to literature, which covers reading, analysis and interpretation of the subject to be studied, contributing to the upgrade and expansion of pre-existing knowledge. To this end, the work was divided into three stages: the first was the historical basis and retrospective geometry and its relevance in the teaching and learning of mathematics; in the second stage, sought to present some concepts and basic definitions of geometry and how they can be worked through origami and can thus use origami as an additional resource for a more fun and practical learning; in the last stage of this work, I present the analysis done after a screening, three papers published on this art and its use in geometry, resulting origami not as just an art to turn paper into pictures of animals and shapes, but a helper of knowledge the student can put into practice what has been studied.
