OS EFEITOS DA SÍNDROME DE BURNOUT NA AGÊNCIA REGIONAL DO MINISTÉRIO DO TRABALHO E EMPREGO EM ITAPIPOCA

Resumo:
RESUMO O trabalho realizado permitiu analisar fatores referentes á Segurança e Saúde do Trabalho dentro da organização em especial observar se os funcionários tem incidência da Síndrome de Burnout tendo em vista que esses fatores influenciam de maneira negativa na realização das atividades por isso se faz importante um entendimento maior sobre esse tema. O método de pesquisa utilizado foi à pesquisa bibliográfica, exploratória e qualitativa e para um maior aprofundamento o estudo de caso, foi utilizado para coleta de dados um questionário com 10 questões fechadas, para um universo de 07 respondentes e para análise dos resultados optou-se em apresentar em forma de tabelas para simplificar os resultados e propor um melhor entendimento do leitor. No desenvolvimento da pesquisa foi vistos diversos conceitos além da Segurança e Saúde no trabalho, questões como a qualidade de vida, a diferença entre estresse e Burnout na visão de diferentes autores que já estudaram sobre os temas em questão e que reforçam a ideia de que para se ter mais saúde tanto física como psicológica é necessário se preocupar com esses fatores inseridos no trabalho haja vista ser onde a pessoa passa maior parte do seu dia. Então buscamos mostrar nesse trabalho possibilidade dos trabalhadores do Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego em Itapipoca serem acometidos pela Síndrome de Burnout e como isso pode afetar a vida deles, além disso, falamos um pouco da prevenção e tratamento dessa Síndrome. Como sugestão de melhoria seria um acompanhamento periódico do profissional Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho na referida agencia para tomar algumas atitudes que venham a beneficiar e prevenir possíveis doenças ocupacionais e ate mesmo o Burnout. Abstract:
ABSTRACT The work carried out allowed us to analyze factors related to Safety and Health at Work within the organization, especially to observe if the employees have incidence of Burnout Syndrome because these factors influence in a negative way in the accomplishment of the activities, therefore a greater understanding is important On this topic. The research method used was the bibliographical, exploratory and qualitative research and for a deeper study of the case, a questionnaire with 10 closed questions was used to collect data for a universe of 07 respondents and to analyze the results were chosen To present in the form of tables to simplify the results and propose a better understanding of the reader. In the development of the research, we have seen several concepts besides Safety and Health at work, issues such as quality of life, the difference between stress and Burnout in the view of different authors who have already studied about the themes in question and who reinforce the idea that for If you have more physical and psychological health you need to worry about these factors inserted in the work as it is seen where the person spends most of his day. So we tried to show in this work the possibility of the workers of the Ministry of Labor and Employment in Itapipoca being affected by the Burnout Syndrome and how this can affect their lives, in addition, we talked a little about the prevention and treatment of this syndrome. As a suggestion of improvement would be a regular follow-up of the professional Technician in Occupational Safety in the said agency to take some actions that will benefit and prevent possible occupational diseases and even Burnout.
