Resumo:
RESUMO O estudo feito tem por base lançar um olhar sobre como as instituições estão empregando a gestão participativa e se os seus diversos níveis hierárquicos e a comunidade estão integrados entre si e frisando que com o emprego desse sistema de gestão todos só tem a ganhar. Para se obter os dados foi utilizado um questionário estruturado com 12 questões fechadas e aplicado a 25 participantes e para a tabulação dos resultados foi utilizado gráficos para uma melhor visualização das informações. Para o desenvolvimento do estudo foram feitas pesquisas direcionadas ao assunto de gestão e gestão participativa lançando-se mão de diversos autores e os dados adquiridos sugerem que as pessoas que a integram acreditam na participação da família e de todos que a circundam e o que se vê é que a maior parte da E.E.I.E.F. Maria Eneida Peixoto Soares é membro participativo das atividades da escola chegando a 80% dos membros e que seu núcleo gestor é visto como a parte mais atuante nesse quesito o que se observou também foi que em o aluno estudando mais seguido do acompanhamento direto a ele tem significante melhora na sua aprendizagem reforçando ainda mais o sentido de participação da família e dos membros ao redor do aluno, em suma o que vimos foi que a gestão participativa não é somente obrigação das instituições públicas, mas de todos que a buscam e necessitam dela, pois com a interação de todos se consegui uma melhora nos serviços prestados pela instituição ou qualquer empresa, o que nos falta ainda é essa visão de participar seja no que for servidor ou comunidade e dessa maneira aumentar a produtividade e termos uma ideia de como funciona essas entidades. Abstract:
ABSTRACT The study is based on launching a look at how the institutions are employing participatory management and if the various hierarchical levels and the community are integrated with each other and stressing that the job that all management system only has to win. To get the data we used a structured questionnaire with 12 closed issues and applied to 25 participants and for the tabulation of the results was used graphics for a better view of the information. For the development of the study were made targeted research to management and participatory management of hand launching several authors and the acquired data suggest that the people who are part of the family and participation in all the surrounding and what you see is that most of the E.E.I.E.F. Maria Eneida Peixoto Soares is a participatory member school activities reaching 80% of the members and that its core is seen as the Manager most active in this regard what was also noted that in the student studying more often direct the accompaniment he has significant improvement in their learning by strengthening even further the sense of participation in the family and members around the pupil, in short what we saw was that the participatory management is not only an obligation of public institutions but of all who seek and need her, because with the interaction of all if I got an improvement in the services provided by the institution or any company, what we lack is still this vision to participate whatever server or community and thus increase productivity and have an idea of how it works these entities.
