DESENVOLVIMENTO E VALIDAÇÃO DE OBJETO DE ENSINO APRENDIZAGEM SOBRE
CLASSIFICAÇÃO INTERNACIONAL DE FUNCIONALIDADE, INCAPACIDADE E SAÚDE

RESUMO Objetivo: Desenvolver e validar objeto de ensino-aprendizagem sobre Classificação Internacional de Funcionalidade, Incapacidade e Saúde. Métodos: Inicialmente foi desenvolvido o material didático de ensino sobre a classificação. Depois, o material passou pelo processo de produção tecnológica e foi inserido em um Ambiente virtual e posteriormente apreciado por oito especialistas em tecnologias da informação e em classificação de funcionalidade eleitos de forma não probabilística e intencional. Após a validação interna, iniciou-se a validação externa, com a aplicação entre discentes de um curso de fisioterapia em um centro universitário no Ceará. A amostra foi composta de 25 participantes que concluíram os oito módulos e submeteram-se a protocolos de avaliação. A pesquisa foi iniciada após a aprovação do Comitê de Ética da Universidade Estadual do Ceará sob protocolo número 441.465. Resultados: Observou-se, segundo critérios de validação interna que o instrumento está adequado para uso. As análises dos especialistas foram favoráveis à ferramenta, com índice de validação de conteúdo para aspectos educacionais de 0,89; recursos didáticos de 0,88, e interface de 0,96. Quanto ao processo de validação externa constatou-se quanto ao nível de desempenho dos participantes no exame inicial e exame final, correlação fraca, positiva e não significativa (r: 0, 127; p= 0,545), de acordo com Teste de Correlação linear de Pearson. Observaram-se diferenças significativas entre desempenho no exame inicial (3,5 ± 3,1) e final (8,4 ± 2,9); sendo a média inicial menor que a média final (t: -6,198; p=0,001). O teste de correlação linear de Pearson identificou correlação forte, positiva e estatisticamente significativa (r= 0, 626; p=0, 001). O nível de satisfação de 23 dos 25 participantes com o objeto de ensino quanto aos aspectos didáticos apresentou IVC de 0,97; quanto ao suporte tutorial de 1,0; suporte social entre participantes de 0,97; acesso e interpretação das informações de 0,98 e, relevância e fatores emocionais de 0,94. Conclusão: A ferramenta de ensino é adequada e apta para reuso. Quanto maior a participação, maior o conhecimento e aprendizado adquirido. Algumas limitações foram vivenciadas como amostra pequena. O objeto de ensino aprendizagem pode funcionar como veículo propagador sobre a CIF entre os cursos de saúde dado suas características de interdisciplinaridade. Sugere-se sua inclusão nas grades curriculares do país, bem como para capacitação profissional nas redes públicas e privadas que abordem aspectos da funcionalidade humana. ABSTRACT
Purpose: This is a research whose objective was to develop and validate an object of teaching and learning on International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF). Methods: Initially the didactic teaching material on CIF was developed. Then, it passed through the technological production process until was inserted in a virtual learning environment. After this step, the object of teaching and learning was assessed by eight specialists in information technologies and classification of elected functionality and intentional non-probabilistic to be validated. After internal validation phase, started the stage of external validation, with the application of students participating in a course of physical therapy in a university in the state of Ceará. The sample consisted of 25 participants who completed the eight modules and underwent the initial and final knowledge assessment protocols. The study was initiated after approval from the State University of Ceará Ethics Committee under protocol number 441 465. Results: In proposition of interactive learning object to disclosure, dissemination and promotion of the use of the ICF, it was observed, according to criteria of internal validation that the instrument is suitable for use. The analyzes of the experts favored the tool with index validation of content for educational aspects of 0.89; teaching resources 0.88 and 0.96 interface. As for the external validation of the educational strategy in CIF process is found in the level of performance of the participants at the initial examination and final examination, weak and no significant positive correlation (r: 0, 127, p = 0.545), according to test for linear Pearson correlation. There were statistically significant differences between performance at the end (8.4 ± 2.9) initial examination (3.5 ± 3.1) and; with initial average less than the final average (t: -6.198, p = 0.001). The test of Pearson correlation identified strong, positive and statistically significant correlation (r = 0, 626, p = 0 .001). The satisfaction level of 23 of the 25 participants with the object of teaching learning about the educational aspects presented CVI of 0.97; how to tutorial support de1,0; social support among participants of 0.97; access and interpretation of information and 0.98, relevance and emotional factors of 0.94. Conclusion: A tool for teaching learning about CIF is suitable for reuse. The greater the participation, knowledge and skills acquired on the classification. Some limitations were experienced as small sample in the phase of external validation. The object of teaching and learning can function as propagator vehicle on the ICF between courses health given its characteristics of interdisciplinarity. We suggest the inclusion of the teaching of CIF in curriculum of the country as well as for professional training in public and private networks that address aspects of human functioning.
