A PROPENSÃO DA SÍNDROME DE BURNOUT ENTRE PROFESSORES DA EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL E ENSINO FUNDAMENTAL: ESTUDO DE CASO EM UMA ESCOLA PARTICULAR DE FORTALEZA-CE

RESUMO
O presente trabalho tem, como objetivo geral, investigar se há propensão para a ocorrência da Síndrome de Burnout entre os professores de uma instituição de rede privada de Fortaleza. Destacam-se, como objetivos específicos, definir operacionalmente a Síndrome de Burnout relacionando-a aos aspectos ligados ao sofrimento no trabalho; levantar quais os principais fatores que ocasionam o sofrimento no trabalho e consequentemente a Síndrome de Burnout e, por fim, comparar as propensões levantadas entre os professores da Educação Infantil e do Ensino Fundamental com o discurso dos teóricos que relatam sobre a mesma. A justificativa para este trabalho apresenta-se como uma inquietude de investigar a relevância que esse assunto tem para aqueles profissionais cujo trabalho está intimamente ligado ao relacionamento intenso e constante com pessoas. A princípio, apresentam-se as concepções referentes à síndrome, iniciando com um breve histórico acerca das raízes do sofrimento, seu surgimento e suas implicações para o mundo do trabalho. Em seguida, discutiu-se a respeito das definições da Síndrome de Burnout bem como sua história no Brasil e no mundo, além apresentar como acontece a manifestação nas pessoas que são acometidas, especificamente no meio docente. No segundo momento, exibiu-se a metodologia adotada, bem como o tipo de pesquisa, no caso, entrevistas com perguntas abertas e descrição da empresa onde as questões foram aplicadas, finalizando com a descrição dos dados obtidos, a partir da análise das respostas das entrevistadas. A partir da pesquisa de campo, apontou-se certa propensão do acometimento da Síndrome de Burnout, ao serem confrontados os resultados da análise da pesquisa com o discurso dos teóricos.

Abstract:
ABSTRACT
This work has as main objective, to investigate whether there is a propensity for the occurrence of burnout syndrome among teachers of a private network institution in Fortaleza. Remarkable, specific objectives, operationally defining burnout syndrome relating to aspects related to the suffering at work; raise the main factors that cause suffering at work and therefore the burnout syndrome and finally, compare the propensities raised among teachers from kindergarten and elementary school with the discourse of theorists who reported the same. The rationale for this work is presented as a concern to investigate the relevance of this subject has for those professionals whose work is closely linked to the intense and constant relationship with people. At first, we present the concepts related to the syndrome, starting with a brief history about the suffering of the roots, its appearance and its implications for the world of work. Then it was discussed about the Burnout Syndrome settings as well as its history in Brazil and in the world as well as in the present manifestation in people who suffer, especially among teachers. In the second phase, showed the methodology adopted and the type of research, in this case, interviews with open questions and description of the company where issues have been applied, ending with the description of the data obtained from the analysis of the responses of interviewed. From the field research, pointed to certain propensity of the involvement of Burnout Syndrome, when confronted the analysis of the research results with the theoretical discourse.
