Desenvolvimento e evidências de validade de guia eletrônico sobre preenchimento das fichas de investigação de óbito infantil e fetal

Resumo:
A presente dissertação trata da investigação de óbito infantil e fetal, e teve como objetivo desenvolver guia eletrônico com orientações sobre preenchimento das fichas de investigação de óbito infantil e fetal. Trata-se de estudo metodológico, realizado em etapas. Foram identificadas na literatura evidências científicas sobre investigação de óbito infantil e fetal em sete artigos, sendo seis do estado de Pernambuco e um de Alagoas. No Benchmarking, foi verificado não existir guia de preenchimento de fichas de investigação, somente sendo encontrado um manual sobre o preenchimento das fichas do Ministério da Saúde. Por fim, em falas de enfermeiros da Estratégia Saúde da Família (ESF) e de profissionais do Núcleo de Epidemiologia dos hospitais públicos que prestam assistência materno infantil foram identificadas as dificuldades existentes no preenchimento das fichas de investigação de óbito infantil e fetal. Ao final, foi construído um guia eletrônico com orientações sobre preenchimento das fichas de investigação de óbito infantil e fetal,sendo avaliado por sete juízes e teve descritas suas evidências de validade do conteúdo e aparência, e da usabilidade do guia eletrônico junto a juízes especialistas e a profissionais da saúde da área de investigação de óbito infantil e fetal.O índice IVA 0,96 considerado excelente;o IVC foi equivalente 1,0 considerado igualmente excelente ,a usabilidade teve pontuação 85,7 classificado como melhor imaginável.
Conclui-se que o Guia foi elaborado de forma sucinta para facilitar a consulta dos profissionais da saúde que fazem investigação de óbito infantil e fetal. Houve sugestões dos juízes que foram acatadas e modificadas na versão final do guia, que se encontra apto a ser utilizado.
Abstract:
The present dissertation deals with the investigation of infant and fetal death, and aimed to develop an electronic guide with guidance on completing the investigation forms of infant and fetal death. It is a fearological study, carried out in stages. Scientific evidence on the investigation of infant and fetal death was identified in the literature in seven articles, six from the state of Pernambuco and one from Alagoas. In Benchmarking, it was verified that there was no guide for completing research forms, only a manual on filling in the Ministry of Health forms was found. Finally, in the speeches of nurses from the Family Health Strategy (ESF) and professionals from the Epidemiology Center of public hospitals that provide maternal and child care, difficulties were identified in filling out infant and fetal death investigation forms. In the end, an electronic guide was built with guidance on completing the infant and fetal death investigation forms, being evaluated by seven judges and having their evidence of validity of content and appearance described, and the usability of the electronic guide with expert judges and to health professionals in the area of investigation of infant and fetal death. The IVA index 0.96 was considered excellent; the CVI was equivalent to 1.0 considered equally excellent, the usability score was 85.7 classified as the best imaginable. It is concluded that the Guide was succinctly prepared to facilitate the consultation of health professionals who investigate infant and fetal death. There were suggestions from the judges that were accepted and modified in the final version of the guide, which is ready to be used.
