Abstract:
The study had as goal the concepts of the interpersonal system of Ging Conceptual Model, from the spcech of arterial hipertension clients, about their interaction with nurses and other health professionals in a Public Heath Service, analyze the contribution of this relatronship to their entry into the treatment and control the arterial hipertension, and also analyze the educative care of the nurse in ocasion of the nursing appointment to the person with arterial hipertension from the concept of King. The investigation was characterized as a study of descriptive nature winth qualitative approach. It had as place study, a public health institution specialized in ambulatorial cases of secundary levels to a person winth arterial hipertension placed in Fortaleza- CE. The sample was aleatory and had twenty-one arterial hipertension people, classified as high risks, accompanied by the institution for, at least, a year. As information collection instruments were used the form, the agenda interviews and simple observation. The data came from the forms were statistically analized and the data came from the interviews were used transcriptions, read and analized according from the tecniques of contents with human beings were done. Referring to the concepts of King Interpersonal System was possible to observe that the interpersonal relation between the health professional, the nurse in a special way and the patient occur in reach goals situations or difficult the therapeutic entry. Among the concepts the dealing is in evidence, what cam be understood as a final result of the other concepts. In the meantime, this concept was identified in only two participants, this occur because the institution does not attend the patient with the objective of reach goals. As perceived, to obtain the dealing is necessary to exist a positive interaction between the professional and the patient through a therapeutic communication, each one making its role. This way, the stress situations of this interaction are minimized. To conclude, it is essential the compreehension of the concepts of King Interpersonal System in order to understand the health professional and the client. So, in consequence, the frofessionals will reflect on their interative process with the client to overcome the obstacles of this interaction and always with the objective of reach goals.
